Project Description:

New build of a “Passive House” four story 47,000 sq ft building with fit-out for the local RCMP Detachment office through an Integrated Project Delivery procurement model approach. Status Electrical is preforming divisions 26, 27 & 28 scopes of work. 

The project will meet or exceed all current RCMP Standards. It also intends to meet an exceptional energy performance benchmark – Net Zero by design. Features include: an enhanced envelope, geothermal, solar panel system, and central interconnected space for an enhanced natural daylighting strategy. Using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), the Status Electrical team worked with the owner, consultants and the construction team to provide an innovative, elegant and cost-effective design.
