Status Electrical Christmas Party
The staff at Status kicked off the holiday season with two festive events, the Adult's Christmas party and the Children's Christmas party. Staff enjoyed games, comedy, prizes thanks to the hard working volunteers.
The 2014 Holiday Season saw Status Team members enjoying two great Christmas parties, courtesy of owner Keith Falardeau and organized by Office Manager Cathy Thomson and her Christmas "elves". The Children's party was held at Cascades Church and well attended by about 40 families. Guests enjoyed a hot breakfast buffet, followed by a series of Dora and Diego-themed penny arcade-type games. Everyone played to their heart's content; and then Santa paid a visit, offering each child a chat, a gift, and a photo op. Many thanks to all the volunteers who helped create, set up, and run the games - and special thanks to Santa for taking time out of his busy schedule to stop by!
The Adult staff party was held again at Fort Langley Golf Course, which was beautifully decorated for the season. The mood was set by specially selected holiday music, festive centrepieces, door prizes and a Christmas mixer game, all brought to us by our Status volunteers. A marvellous buffet dinner was followed by entertainment hijinks from the Vancouver Theatre Sports improv group, who gave us all a good dose of laughter therapy. Everyone went home well fed and happy, wearing their new Status jacket. Thank you Keith!
