Project Description:

Newly Awarded Gravity Thickener Expansion Project at the Annacis Island WWTP.

Overall Scope of Work

* Construction of 2 new gravity thickeners with dedicated thickened primary sludge and scum pumps,

* Construction of 2 x two-story pump stations,

* Modifications within the existing east/west digester gallery,

* New and modified odor control systems,

* Modification to existing secondary solid contract tanks,

Electrical Scope of Work

* Expansion of the plant-wide electrical distribution system including new MCCs and UPS systems,

* Addition of control systems (CDAC) infrastructure including 2 MPX and 6 control cabinets,

* Addition of instrumentation including gas detection , flow meters , pressure transmitters , dissolved oxygen sensors and Temperature transmitters,

* Addition to the Fiber optic cable infrastructure,

* New lighting including addition to plant-wide control systems,

* Electrical tie-in shutdowns with temporary generator infrastructure to support live critical plant process functions.
